For orders of in-stock products, delivery is usually quick and may vary between 1 and 4 working days depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

If the product has not yet been dispatched and have not received a dispatch email, you can ask to cancel your order by contacting us.

If you have received the product and no longer want it, or you wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to send it back to us.

To do so, simply send a message via the contact page so that we can provide you with a returns label, entirely at our expense.

Once we receive the parcel, we can arrange an exchange, or you can refund in full.

Thanks to innovative technology developed by our partner, which transfers spirits from bottle to vial without any contact with air, our vials keep perfectly for years. You can enjoy the spirits in your gift box at your own pace.

Each vial of spirits contains 50 ml, the equivalent of two tasting glasses. This amount was chosen as the ideal quantity for tasting spirits, allowing you to explore every aroma in depth or share the experience.

Once your order has been dispatched, home delivery takes 2 to 4 working days in France and 3 to 10 working days for other destinations. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email or SMS, with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

What should I do if I haven’t received my parcel?

If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will normally leave a missed-delivery notice. If you can’t find one, check your parcel’s status using the tracking link. If it says "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, ask your building caretaker or neighbours. If it says "Returned to sender", please contact our customer service team.

We deliver worldwide. Delivery charges depend on your location and delivery method. For mainland France, delivery costs €4.90 to a collection point, €13.90 for standard delivery and €16.90 for express delivery.

Each vial of wine contains 100 ml, the equivalent of two tasting glasses. This amount was chosen to provide the ideal 50 ml tasting measure in each professional INAO glass, so you can share the experience or enjoy the wine over two days.
