The tasting

Appearance: An orange-hued wine, its colour obtained through two weeks of maceration before six months of ageing in a demi-muid (a large, thick-walled, highly durable cask used to transport wine and spirits). The wine is also bottled during the period of the Red Moon.

Aroma: A very powerful nose, with pronounced aromas of herbal infusions and dried herbs.

Palate: Notes of rose come through on the palate. The wine is full-bodied and dry, with well-integrated tannins.
