The Tasting

Appearance: A deep red colour with purple highlights, typical of Saint-Emilion wines.

Nose: A very concentrated nose with notes of blackcurrant and cocoa, alongside smoky notes of cedar, tobacco and vanilla. A second nose reveals subtle mint aromas.

Palate: Full-bodied and very rich, with well-integrated flavours of black cherry liqueur, sweet blackcurrant, cocoa, cedar and vanilla. The texture is almost weighty, and the rich tannins give it a beautifully long finish.
