  3. La grande révélation : Découvrez enfin l’identité cachée de vos bouteilles (terroir, domaine, millésime, assemblage...) et amusez-vous à comparer vos pronostics initiaux avec la réalité.

What are the usual delivery times?

For orders of in-stock products, delivery is usually fast and may vary between 1 and 4 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination.

Satisfied or refunded

If the product has not yet been shipped and you have not received the shipping confirmation email, you can request to cancel your order by contacting us.

If you have received the product and are no longer satisfied with it, or if you wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to return it to us.

To do so, simply send us a message from the contact page, and we will provide you with a return label, completely free of charge.

Once we receive the package, we will proceed with either an exchange or a full refund.
